SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed on the working days of the Portuguese national calendar and will be shipped within 48 hours of payment and confirmation.

Mainland Portugal: 1-3 working days

Madeira: up to 5 working days

Azores: 7-11 working days

European Community countries: 7 - 11 working days

Countries outside the European Community: up to 15 working days

Brazil: 10-22 working days
Delivery times can be extended during periods of high flow of objects, such as holidays and Christmas periods.
Retention of orders at customs for inspection purposes can delay delivery.

SHIPPING
The transport fee is free for orders over € 50.

To Portugal:

Green Mail - € 1.50 per order

Registered Mail - € 3 per order

Collection courier (for orders under € 30) - € 5 per order

International:

Registered Mail - € 5 per order

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
 
Jucz.wonderland is governed by the legislation and marketing authorizations in force in Portugal and is not responsible for shipments of items that are not authorized to be sold at the place of delivery. In these cases:
If the shipment is made via Portuguese Post and automatically returns, for reasons of not allowing the goods to enter the country of destination, after receiving the order returned in our store, we refund the value of the products less any Portuguese customs fees. applied in the form of a discount voucher.
For reasons of customs action, in some exceptional destinations only the possibility of choosing whether or not to return is offered.
Although infrequent, in specific cases, the customer may have to go to the nearest post office to collect the order.
To the USA , Canada and Australia the postal service no longer has tracking information. The last tracking information will be the day your order left Portugal.

TRACKING
 
Tracking orders is only possible if the customer chooses registered mail or collection. As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive by email the tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery status.
